Terms and Conditions of Purchase

• Prices for all orders placed on our website are only valid for 5 working days. If payment is not made within 5 working days after placing order the order will lapse and a new order will need to be placed.
• Prices are subject to change and availability of the item without prior notice.
• All orders made through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by the MP3 shop
• We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or limit your order for any reason, including, but not limited to, the unavailability of a product or errors in the prices and product desrciptions posted on this website.
• This order acknowledgement is nit a contract and does not constitute an acceptance of your order, but only a record of your offer to purchase a particular item at a particular price.
• We will deliver the goods to the address you specify in your order, subject to their availability. If the goods are unavailable an alternative model will be offered. If this is not suitable a full refund will be sent to you.

• Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by the MP3 shop to be authorised to receive the goods.
• Once you receive the goods, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they are damaged or lost.
• Your order details are safe and secure. All personal information provided to us is encoded using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology with 128 bit encription to protect data as it travels over the internet
• .All cheque payments must be cleared before goods can be dispatched..
• Your privacy is highly respected and we will not reveal your personal information under any circumstances to any third party organisation.
• Any liability by the MP3 shop in connection with goods sold to you, subject to any non-excludable liability for breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by the law in Qld , AUSTRALIA, will be limited only to the goods purchased, the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods.

• The MP3 shop has no liability for any loss or damage occasioned by any negligent act or omission of any service provider or third party. Where the MP3 shops liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the voucher purchased.
• Prices: We reserve our right to change prices without notice.
• Returns: Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Every transaction must result in a pleasant, convenient and care-free shopping experience. If it is not, we are happy to offer an exchange on the return of most product purchases within 14 days. To streamline your return, we ask that you note the following: * The product must be in new, unused, ( Please see what constitutes New and Unused below.) and 100% unworn condition with all the original packaging materials, unused warranty cards, and instruction booklets. Any seals must not be broken. * Before returning an item, please obtain authority by emailing us at sales@mp3shop.com.au
• * Any return may void a multiple purchase discount. *  Returns must be sent prepaid and insured for the full price by either Australia Express Parcel Post or trackable carrier such as AAE, TNT or other to 35 Ridgeview Street Carindale Brisbane Australia 4152. 
• * New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or the case and product packaging must be in unsealed condition (some products are sealed and if this seal is broken they are considered "used"). We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
• Extend of Warranty: All goods sold by us carry the full manufacturers warranty. The warranty periods and levels of service vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and from product to product. All warranties will be voided by misuse, physical damage, misuse, neglect, alterations, electrical damage due to spikes, lightning strikes etc or serial numbers removed from product by user, as is standard in all warranty terms by law.
• No responsibility is taken by the MP3 shop for goods purchased from us which may be incompatible with and cause software conflicts with your system.
• Freight cost for return of faulty goods to manufacturer or to the MP3 shop is the responsibility of the customer. Warranty does not cover damage to other equipment used in conjunction with items purchased from the MP3 shop.
• Please choose carefully before ordering. We cannot guarantee compatibility or that a particular item will work with your system. Warranty for goods purchased is applicable from original purchase date and is NOT extendable if the product is repaired or has been replaced within its warranty period. If goods purchased from us are returned during warranty period for service and are non-repairable or no longer in production for replacement, credit is given for product at current market value.
• No Store Credit is given for goods because of change of mind, or you no longer require them, or are not compatible with your system ( please choose carefully).
• If goods purchased from us fall under the local manufacturers warranty, you will have to contact manufacturer and make the necessary arrangements for service. Please see the warranty registration information included with your product for further details and contact information with local manufacturer.
